Students gave colorful, clear business presentations. Your branded materials, like stickers and pins, really elevated each business identity. Great work representing your schools and showing what young entrepreneurship looks like in action.

We are delighted to share the wonderful success of Tohatchi Middle School's Career Day event! Our 7th and 8th grade students had an extraordinary opportunity to explore diverse career paths and connect with professionals from our community. Career Day provides our students with valuable real-world insights into various professions, helping them envision their futures and understand the diverse opportunities available to them. Through direct engagement with community leaders and professionals, students gain inspiration, knowledge, and practical perspective on their potential career paths. In Attendance were McKinley County Sheriff's Department, Diné College, Behavioral Health, Ch'ooshgai Fire Department, Navajo Technical University (NTU), Army, National Guard Recruiters, Equine Science Presenter, Navajo Scholarship Office, Navajo Nation Veterinary Program, featuring alumnus Dr. David Manuelito. Our 7th and 8th grade students engaged enthusiastically with each presenter, asking thoughtful questions and demonstrating genuine curiosity about the careers presented. The energy and engagement throughout the day was truly inspiring!

We are proud of all the students who participated and shared their talents. Their hard work and innovation continue to shape the future of learning in our district.
